Indicative Project Cost
The indicative project cost is calculated automatically from both the existing number of fittings and the estimated number of new LED fittings required, using typical allowances for commercial-grade LED fittings, removal and installation labour, small materials, testing and access. The client does not need to wait for a quotation to see the likely payback.
Important: this calculator is an indicative early-stage assessment only. The fitting quantity is estimated using a simple lumen method and stated assumptions. A full site survey, photometric lighting calculation and final lighting design will be required to confirm the number and type of fittings, mounting positions, maintained lux levels, uniformity, glare, controls, access requirements, final installed cost and actual energy/cost savings. Final design should be assessed against the applicable CIBSE/SLL guidance and project requirements.
