Avenor BMS works as an electrical installation partner to controls companies and project teams. Our scope is centred solely on the electrical installation: we take the controls design, panel information, points schedules and project requirements and turn them into a properly installed, labelled and testable site package. Control panels, BMS controllers/outstations, field devices and specialist BMS equipment are supplied by the client, BMS manufacturer or systems integrator.
Our role is electrical installation only. We do not manufacture or supply control panels, supply BMS controllers/outstations, write BMS software or undertake specialist BMS commissioning. We work alongside the appointed controls specialist and provide electrical support during their commissioning process.
Containment & Cabling
Tray, basket, trunking and conduit together with BMS control, ELV, screened communications and power cabling.
Field Devices
Installation and electrical connection of client-supplied sensors, switches, actuators, valves, meters, plant interfaces and associated local equipment.
Panels & Outstations
Electrical connection of client/BMS-contractor supplied control panels and outstations, including local power supplies, interlocks and field wiring. Avenor does not manufacture or supply the panels or controllers.
Networks
BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus and manufacturer-specific communications cabling installed to the project requirements.
Testing & Documentation
Point-to-point checks, cable identification, test records, red-line information and structured handover support.
Commissioning Support
Electrical attendance, point-to-point support, fault rectification and snagging alongside the appointed BMS commissioning engineer. BMS software engineering and specialist commissioning remain by the controls provider.
